Learn and Heal

My classes and mentorships are intentionally designed as one-on-one experiences because I believe everyone learns, processes, and develops differently. Private instruction allows me to meet you where you are—not only teaching you the techniques, but helping you develop the personal awareness, confidence, and grounding that can make you a more intentional practitioner.

For me, learning a healing modality is about more than memorizing techniques. We may also explore your own patterns, energetic awareness, emotional growth, and relationship with the work so that what you eventually share with others comes from a more grounded place.

All private classes are offered virtually via Zoom, allowing you to learn from wherever you are. We will meet monthly for a minimum of 3 months for 90 minutes for training and continued mentorship up to 12 months. If in person classes are requested an additional fee will be added.

Sound Healing Practitioner Training

Private 1:1 Training + Certificate

Investment: $1,350

This private training goes beyond simply learning how to play instruments. You will learn about 10 Chakras, the emotional body and how to work with clients. More importantly, you will learn how to heal yourself. You’ll explore how to thoughtfully structure a sound healing experience, work with intention, understand energetic principles, create an appropriate environment for participants, and begin developing your own authentic style as a practitioner.

Because the experience is private, instruction can be adapted to your learning style, goals, questions, and level of experience. Upon completion, you will receive a Sound Healing Training Certificate from Dear Life Chat.

You do not have to plan on becoming a full-time practitioner or business owner. You may want to incorporate sound into your existing work, offer occasional experiences, share it with friends or family, or simply deepen your personal practice. I will still introduce you to the practical and business considerations of offering sound healing professionally so that you understand your options if you choose to offer it in the future.

Training includes: The Dear Life Chat Sound Therapy Manual, access to online student portal with video demonstrations, and other originally written chakra related eBooks. We will meet monthly for 90 minutes for a minimum of 3 months or longer if needed. Everything is customized to the student.

Reiki Level I

Private Training + Attunement + Certificate

Investment: $650

Reiki Level I is an introduction to Reiki as both a personal practice and a healing modality.

During your private virtual training, you’ll learn foundational Reiki principles, energetic awareness, self-Reiki practices, and ways Reiki may be incorporated into your personal wellness or professional offerings.

Your training includes your Reiki Level I attunement, which can be facilitated virtually, as well as your Reiki Level I Certificate upon completion.

As with all of my trainings, you do not need to have plans to build a Reiki business. You may learn Reiki primarily for yourself. However, I will also share practical guidance for those who may eventually want to incorporate Reiki into wellness experiences, private sessions, events, or other services. Reiki training is 2-4 hours. We go at your pace.

Spiritual + Business Mentorship

12 Months of Private Mentorship & Guidance

Investment: $1,350

This year-long mentorship brings together two areas that I believe deeply influence one another: who you are becoming and what you are building.

Spiritual Mentorship

Our spiritual work is centered around helping you understand yourself on a deeper level and identify what may be preventing you from moving forward. Depending on your individual journey, our work may include chakra awareness and balancing, emotional healing, energetic practices, navigating periods of spiritual awakening, strengthening your intuition, recognizing recurring patterns, and creating practices that support the person you are becoming.

As a medium, I may also incorporate ancestral and intuitive guidance into our work—with your permission—to explore family patterns, inherited beliefs, and what you may understand spiritually as generational cycles or curses. The intention is always to help you develop greater clarity, personal agency, and connection to your own spiritual path.

Business Mentorship

If you feel called to turn your gifts, knowledge, or ideas into something you can offer others, I will also help you understand the business side. We can explore your services, positioning, pricing, client experience, professional protocols, packages, marketing ideas, opportunities, and ways to begin generating income from what you know. The mentorship is designed to help you build at the level that feels aligned with your life.

The Complete Practitioner Experience

Sound Healing + Reiki Level I + 12-Month Spiritual & Business Mentorship

Complete Experience: $2,750 (saves you $600)

For those who want the full experience, the Complete Practitioner Experience combines private Sound Healing Practitioner Training, Reiki Level I training and attunement, and 12 months of Spiritual + Business Mentorship. This path gives you an opportunity to learn the modalities, deepen your own personal and spiritual development, and understand how to translate what you’ve learned into an offering—if and when you choose to.
